Regional branches
KULAGIN NikolayThe chairman of St.-Petersburg branch RTA since 2004, the honorary member RTA. The first regional branch RTA has been formed in St.-Petersburg in November, 1990 on the basis of such large building and educational organisations, as "Metrostroy", "Lenmetrogiprotrans", "Lengiproinzhproekt", "Spetstonnelstroy", "Metropoliten", the St. Petersburg State University of , St. Petersburg State Technical University (Mine Institute).
